Phil Ivey has been referred to as the best poker contender on the globe by quite a few of the top professionals. Phil Ivey was born in Riverside, CA and relocated to Jersey before reaching turning 1. Phil decided to take his skills to the next level and moved out west to Vegas. He continues to compete in in "The Big Game" at the Bellagio with the greatest players in the world. Ivey credits his achievements to discipline and an immeasurable passion for poker. Phil states that he is learning every single day and is very abashed about his success. Phil admits to making mistakes in each game of poker and constantly strives to improve.
Although Phil has come first in some big tournaments, he favors winning money games on a regular basis.
